Mukesh Saraswat :
Prof. Mukesh Saraswat is a Professor and Associate Dean (Innovation) at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida, India. Prof. Saraswat obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from ABV-IIITM Gwalior, India. He has more than 20 years of teaching and research experience. He has guided 04 Ph.D. students and presently guiding 04 Ph.D. students. He has published more than 80 journal and conference papers in the area of image processing, pattern recognition, and soft computing. He was part of a successfully completed project funded by SERB, New Delhi on image analysis and one project funded by CRS, RTU, Kota. He has been an active member of many organizing committees for various conferences and workshops. He is also a Faculty in charge of Jaypee Youth Club at JIIT, Noida. He is also a guest editor of the Array, Journal of Swarm Intelligence, SN Computer Science, and Journal of Intelligent Engineering Informatics. He is one of the General Chairs of the International Conference on Data Science and Applications. He is also an Advisory Board Member of the Journal MethodsX. He is also a series editor of the SCRS Book Series on Computing and Intelligent Systems (CIS). He is an active member of ACM, CSI, and SCRS Professional Bodies.

Dr. Sandeep Kumar is currently Professor at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Bangalore. He is an associate editor for Human-centric Computing and Information Sciences (HCIS) journal published by Springer. He has published more than sixty research papers in various international journals/conferences and attended several national and international conferences and workshops. He has authored/edited five books in the area of computer science. His research interests include nature-inspired algorithms, swarm intelligence, soft computing, and computational intelligence.

Manjunatha Sughaturu Krishnappa is a seasoned technology leader with over 23 years of experience in the IT industry, including more than 11 years within the North America Data Management team of Oracle's Global Tech Delivery at Customer Success Services (CSS). As a Senior Technical Leader, he collaborates across CSS and Oracle’s various lines of business to deliver exceptional outcomes for enterprise clients.
Manjunatha leads a team of Advanced Support Engineers specializing in Oracle Database, core technologies, and security products, covering both on-premises and cloud environments. His team provides a wide range of CSS services, including:
Proactive technical support and optimization.
Advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.
Guidance on the design, deployment, and security of Oracle solutions.
Consultation on database migrations, upgrades, and best practices.
Beyond his role at Oracle, Manjunatha serves as an Ambassador at Gartner's Software Engineering Committee, where he shares industry insights and fosters collaboration within the engineering community. He is also an Assessor at BCS (The Chartered Institute for IT), playing a pivotal role in electing Fellows for the organization. Additionally, he contributes technical expertise to popular tech platforms, further exemplifying his commitment to advancing the field of technology.

Rakesh Keshava is an Architect in Security at Okta with over 17 years of experience in secure infrastructure, identity systems, and applied cryptography. His work focuses on AI driven security architecture, post quantum cryptography, and scalable zero trust systems. He holds multiple US patents cited by leading technology companies and has authored publications in peer reviewed journals and IEEE conferences. Rakesh is a Senior Member of IEEE and an active contributor to research communities through mentoring, peer review, and technical program committees. His current research interests include soft computing, cryptographic automation, and intelligent policy agents for cloud environments.
