At Tractor Supply Company, Chetan Sharma leads the infrastructure lifecycle and software update strategies for ERP solutions and other critical interfaces that demonstrate his deep understanding of software systems and market trends. His expertise extends to reducing overall downtime during an upgrade cycle, benefiting the industry in achieving a high uptime of the application.
Chetan possesses a range of certifications including SAP Enterprise Architect, LeanIX Practitioner, TOGAF®? Enterprise Architecture Practitioner, and multiple SAP technology specialist certifications. He has extensive experience in leading SAP teams, ensuring system reliability and optimization.

Dr. Vaishali Maheshwari is currently working as Deputy Director, Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Haryana. She completed B.E., M.Tech., Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engg.
She has vast administrative experience of 6 years along with teaching experience of 8 years in top universities like NMIMS, Mumbai & MPUAT, Udaipur covering various courses in Computer Science and Engineering. She undertook various research projects and guided M. Tech. students. While working with the industry she handled end to end responsibilities of tenders and maintaining client relations, recruitment management, undertook various Automation Projects and built system controls to prevent financial leakages. Her research work is in the area of Network-on-chip architecture.

Harish Sharma :
Dr. Harish Sharma is an Associate professor at Rajasthan Technical University, Kota in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. He has worked at Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University Kota and Government Engineering College Jhalawar. He received his B.Tech and M.Tech degree in Computer Engg. from Govt. Engineering College, Kota, and Rajasthan Technical University, Kota in 2003 and 2009 respectively. He obtained his Ph.D. from ABV - Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, India. He is secretary and one of the founder members of the Soft Computing Research Society of India. He is a lifetime member of the Cryptology Research Society of India, ISI, Kolkata. He is an Associate Editor of “International Journal of Swarm Intelligence (IJSI)” published by Inderscience. He has also edited special issues of the many reputed journals like “Memetic Computing”, “Journal of Experimental and Theoretical Artificial Intelligence”, “Evolutionary Intelligence” etc. His primary area of interest is nature-inspired optimization techniques. He has contributed to more than 65 papers published in various international journals and conferences.
